Information:
On May 4, 1993, following a motor vehicle stop, New Jersey
State Police Troopers arrested Raul Velez after he was found
in possession of one kilogram of heroin. On August 31, 1993,
the State Grand Jury returned an indictment against Raul
Velez for: Conspiracey to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous
Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a CDS, Possession
of a CDS. On 10-6-93, Raul Velez entered a guilty plea.
However, Raul Velez failed to report for a pre-trail conference.
As a result, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
